Refund Policy

At Kingdom Covenant, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be available for our digital and physical products.

1. Digital Products (eBooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook and digital download sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been provided, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

2. Physical Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost.
  • Exchange the item.
  • Issue a refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (South Africa).

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition (unless defective).
  • Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Digital Products: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and the download has been made available.
  • Physical Products: Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, our standard returns process will apply.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Successfully delivered eBooks or digital downloads.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Requests made outside the applicable return period.
  • Items returned without proof of purchase.
