At Kingdom Covenant, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Delivery Policy explains how we deliver both our digital and physical products.

1. Digital Products (eBooks)

  • All eBooks and other digital products are delivered via instant download once your payment has been successfully processed.
  • You will receive an email containing your download link, and you may also be able to access your purchase through your account (if applicable).
  • If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
  • Download links are intended for the purchaser only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

2. Physical Products

  • Physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders are shipped via a trusted courier service.
  • Estimated delivery times are:
    • Major cities: 2–5 business days
    • Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order.

4. Order Tracking

Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your physical order has been dispatched.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order. Kingdom Covenant cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your physical order arrives damaged or you believe items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
